About us
Emlyn’s Coppice is a family-run woodland retreat created by owner/operator Nic Breeze alongside his wife, Caroline. Tucked within a 400-year-old ancient woodland in North Wales, the site blends low-impact eco-luxury with a personal, hands-on touch. Nic oversees daily operations and built much of the site himself, designing and creating pod interiors, the landscapes, arbours and Sauna's—completed with wood-fired hot tubs under dark skies—while Caroline lends her expertise to strategy, planning, and groundskeeping alongside her own career.
